Track: Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer - Immunotherapy
This session presents six abstracts in NSCLC immunotherapy, organized into two thematic parts covering both established combinations and emerging novel agents. The first part features three studies on immune checkpoint inhibitor-based strategies, including the Lonestar trial of nivolumab/ipilimumab with local consolidation, gotistobart in the post-PD-(L)1 setting, and 8-year follow-up data from KEYNOTE-189/407, followed by an expert discussion. The second part highlights three novel immunotherapeutic platforms: an EGFR CAR T-cell therapy for HER2-mutant NSCLC, an anti-PD-1-proIL-2 fusion protein, and a PD-L1/4-1BB bispecific antibody combined with chemotherapy. Together, these presentations capture the evolving NSCLC immunotherapy landscape, from refining checkpoint inhibitor combinations to advancing next-generation engineered therapies.
